We have introduced several forms to help you complete your
research project. Click on the links
below to find the form you need.
- Student Project Organizer: This form helps you track your project
including due dates and format for your final project.
- Research Organizer: Use Form A to list
the questions you have or need to answer on your topic. Form B will help you
determine sub-topics and keywords to help you research and organize the
final product. Use your back
button to return to this page.
- Research Rubric: What do you need to do to get a “4” on
the research process? Use this
self-assessment to score a 4!
- Note-taking form: Blank form to print out for
notes. Page shows 4 individual
note cards. Remember, your
initials or name go in the circle at the top right, your subtopic or
keyword on the line, and your reference source (citation organizer) is
noted on the line in the bottom left corner. The other circle on the top is not
used until you are putting all your notes in order to finish your
project. Use your back
button to return to this page.
- Citations organizer: Don’t plagiarize! You must cite all your sources
properly. If you need additional
help, contact Mrs. Bub.
